    T BOL ordered...and away we GO!

    Hi all:
    Been away a good while , but I finally got the nerve up and, got some TBOL.
    My question is for those who either have a working knowledge of TBOL, or those who have used it.(not calling all test-heads to advise me to run test)

    Will the TBOL help me with my recovery time... should I work all body parts twice a week , or once a week while running 60mg a day for 6 wks?
    I,d appreciate any good workout split advice.

    Just train as you normaly do, and with the increased strenght, take higher kg during the workout.

    Normally doesn't really mean anything, you gotta change your pace, workout days, and exercices sometimes to help growth...better i found was a turnover 2 days on 1 off 2 on.
    Let's say you hit you train on monday/tuesday/thursday/friday. Rest on Wed/Sat/Sunday.
    You hit twice a week the same muscle on Monday and friday and turnover next week.....that works great.
