Hi all:
Been away a good while , but I finally got the nerve up and, got some TBOL.
My question is for those who either have a working knowledge of TBOL, or those who have used it.(not calling all test-heads to advise me to run test)
Will the TBOL help me with my recovery time... should I work all body parts twice a week , or once a week while running 60mg a day for 6 wks?
I,d appreciate any good workout split advice.
