4 inject sites, with ED injects??

shoulders and quads... i never really got good at the glute site, always done these.

i used to do 7 shot's when i was doing ED injections with 2cc

both delt's
both glute's
both quad's
then 1 ml in each tri on a sunday

I've tried 4 sites before and that is not enough for me. For ed injections I use delts, glutes and quads.

If quad shots are painless for you, you could possible hit 2 different areas per quad. I've never tried it but I have read where others have.

I rotate lats, delts, glutes, & calves mainly, sometimes I will throw in quads and pecs but those effect training too much usually. So I have 8-12 sites "open" all the time. More sites= less chance of scare tissue and better absorbtion.
