Help with d-bol dosage.

I was wondering what it means when you see a d-bol dosage cycle look like this.

D-BOL
mg/day
Twice a day

week 1 2 * 20

week 2 2 * 30

week 3 2 * 30

week 4 2 * 20

week 5 2 * 10

I have been doing some research on the net in regaurds to cycles.
and when ever I see a d-bol cycle, or it included in a cycle it looks like this. Ok, I understand all of it except where it says 2*20, 2*30. Maybe someone can explain? Thanks

i think i know what that means but i don't think that it is a significant contribution to your knowledge of ingesting d-bol.

if i decided to incorporate d-bol into a cycle
i would just run 40-60mg every day for about four weeks.
space the dose out between 4 or 5 administrations throughout the day.

that is an old method called "pyramid cycling".. the weeks are broken down in5 weeks...2x 20MG, 30MG, 30mg, 20mg & 10mg in the last wekk all per day.. its a good method, but some say its old school..& not worth anything..

Ok I see. Well this was just the d-bol portion of a Sust, d-bol, Deca cycle. They pyrimided it down as the deca starts to take effect. I understand now. Thanks alot guys.

hes another member. dont pyramid the dbol. an effective dosage will range between 25mgs-60mgs day. wouldnt do much more or less than that. if its in pill form you want to break it down and take it in small dosages throughout the day.

Ok, Well maybe I do have another question. If I was to take a cycle that included D-Bol. (never by it's self) Would I also take it on my off days. I know that D-Bol is most effective for 3-5 hrs I think. Is it right to continue during my 2 resting days?

yes you take it everyday while during the time you run it during cycle. even off days.
