can I have no anxiety on t3/clen if I stay at women's doses?
I am just coming of off 5yrs on paxil and paxil is known for having the most weight gain of all SSRI's. im trying to shed only 18lbs. From 185-168lbs. I am 5'10 28yr old. im at 14.5%bf and want to get to about 6%, but dont wanna risk CNS damage.
Question: will t3/clen give me anxiety or adversely affect my CNS if I do female type doses of: max dose 80mg/clen, max dose 50mg/t3?? I dont need to lose that that much, but just looking for a lil boost.
thanks guys.

Try diet and cardio much more effective and does nothign to your CNS.

as far as coming of the paxil, congrats. i'm personally against using anti-anxiety meds, but that's a whole different story. regardless, good to hear you're off them. now that you're off though, i don't think it would be a good idea to use clen at all. as far as cns damage, that's not what would be a concern. clen does cause anxiety in most people, just as any cns stimulant would. with me, by the time i was at 40mcg, i was already feeling some anxiety from it.
you need to get your anxiety completely under control before even thinking about clen. having just come off a med that masks anxiety symptoms, then taking something that causes anxiety is just a very bad idea.
i'd avoid all stimulants if i were you and rather than worry about the weight, focus on controlling your anxiety. once you do, nothing will give you anxiety attacks. i know from personal experience. until then though, you have to be careful. good luck.

its not the 18lbs thats hard, its the uphill battle w/ post ssri weight loss. i do 45min/2x-day cardio, low fat, low carb, high protein. 6mini meals a day, pretty clean diet. but if u read paxilprogress.org or any other ssri related website they'll all mention the weight issue. any bodybuilder knows that u can do allllll the cardio and dieting in the world u want, but if u have a horrible thyroid u wont lose anything. thats why im wondering what the least dose I can do of clen /t3 would be that'd still be affective but barely any side effects. something to jump start that process...
