Liquidex and nolva ??

Does everyone always run one of the two during or just when they start to see sides. I will have one of the two on hand but I haven’t had any symptoms of gyno but I do bloat a little. Just wondering what to run if anything while on. Is one better than the other while on. Will run nolva and clomid for pct. Thanks.

10 to 20 mgs of nolva...eod for gyno (also depends how prone you are)... .25 to 50 mg eod of a-dex for bloat... 2 different things...

Get a blood test. If your estro is above 130 take arimidex . Mine was 260
I take 1 mg arimidex daily. No lectures. Thats what it takes for me. Love
the stuff. A-Dex and GH and no bloat. Problems show up in the blood first.
If you know how much estro you have in your system then you will be able to take the correct dosage. I hear such weird advice about how much to take
with out blood work. .5 mg did reduce estro 100 pts. It will increase test
by a few hundred points also. Hope that won't be a problem.

That is incorrect !!! Do not run adex and nolva both at the same time.

See swifto post there is a study showing why not to use both nolva and adex at the same time!!!

Well put. It's either nolve or arimidex . I prefer arimidex.

Liquidex to controll bloating and to keep gyno at bay. Nolva incase signs of gyno should arise and during PCT.
