23 Guage In Quad

I have my second injection tomorow and I'd like to hit my quad; I stuck my gluts first time and it was too difficult to reach and asporate (sp?). I haven't received my 25 gauge yet and was wondering if anyone out there had used a 23 in the quad? 23 in the glute and I didn't feel a thing. 23 in the quad?

Ya man, use whatever you want. I have shot an 18 gauge in the quad. If you're not a girl you shouldnt have a problem. LOL.

Yeah man 23 gauge will be fine. I just did my quad like and hour ago, for the first time went fine. Though, when i tried to push the needle through the skin i had to use a little more force than when i shot my glutes. Or i guess i have think skin. LOL

I did 18 too..and in the quad i have a ridiculous amt. of bleeding. 23 is standard bro!

Look up on where to hit the quad...aspir for sure! The quad has many dangerous areas!

the smaller the pin, the less scar tissue you will get.
use a 25g 1" pin

25 will work, but 23 will be alot easier to inject.
