    i was researching gear.. and i came across this article talking about expansion of ventricles and enlarged heart due to overworking because of gear.. and increased risk of heart attacks beacuse of this ...

    is this only if your on gear for a longg time and abuse it or could it happen after one cycle i was planning on doing a cycle in the summer and am curious .. what does everyone think about the heart stuff ??

    Studies vary but there are several you can find that show various heart risk. If you are predisposed to heart issues such as family history I would get regular checkups.
