I have just joined the forum and have been looking around and finding things very helpful, I am 21 5'11" currently 185lbs, over the past 6 months I dropped aprox 50-60 lbs by doing cardio and some weights everyday with a very clean diet, the previous years I ate shit didnt exercise and let myself slip and weighed 250lbs+ . My goal weight was 180 lbs I got down to that last week. I started taking prop 1cc/week, 2 weeks ago. I was told for my first cycle to run prop by itself for 10 weeks 1cc/wk with the 1st injection .5cc. Can anyone tell me from expierience what gains I will achieve and how much water retention I should expect as well as the side effects. On the scale I have gained 3-5 lbs. I havent really changed anything in my daily workout other than cut my cardio from 30 mins to 20 mins and focusing more on weights. Is there anything special I should be doing or eating while on the Prop? Any help would be appreciated
