    Question need some help if ya dont mind

    just started on my 1st cycle, in my first week, im on sus250, deca and a 4000+ calorie diet, im 19, 115kgs, 6'9", ive been bodybuilding for 1.5 years and thought id step it up a bit. my mate who got me the gear said to start off for the first 2weeks at 100mg to introduce it into my system, then double it, but he said i might need to up it more coz im pretty big. just wanted to find out wat u guys think? and if i wanna bulk up is it ok to do cardio?

    week 1 & 2:
    sus250:100mg
    deca: 100mg

    week 3 - 12:
    sus250: 200mg
    deca: 200mg

    would be easier on your system. dosage is adaquate for your first. what kinf of gains are you looking for? trying to keep it light?

    i just want some big muscle gains, can anyone tell me if im on the right track with my cycle or should i be doing something different?

    stick to just sus only 1ml every 3rd day for 12 weeks [deca not good for first cycle]

    Drop the Deca, your not taking enough to do shit anyway. Then do what Tank says above

    Well to get the most out of the Prop he should but its a lot to ask on your first cycle

    Yeah there is 30mg of Prop in each 250mg amp of sust which is not a lot

    i honestly have no idea at the moment, when i took my first shot i started reading this forum and reading about PCT, but it seems i cant find anyone to supply me with some clomid or nolva at the moment, but im gonna keep looking coz now i know its important...no way in hell i wanna get gyno

    if u cant get proper pct like clomid then u may find a shit load of tribulas may help, u def need to have some tamoxifen on hand though mate incase u start having some trouble with alot of water or possible gyno... if this is ur first cycle then u be better off droping the deca and just running sust at 500mgs a week....wots ur diet looking like to get in those 4000cals?

    my diet is 5 meals per day with minimal fat, lots of protein and carbs, i drink about 4 - 6 litres of water per day

    7am meal 1
    oats, milk, juice, eggs

    10am meal 2
    fruit salad, sandwich, juice

    2pm meal 3
    steak with vegtables, protein shake

    5pm meal 4
    chicken with rice, protein shake

    9pm meal 5
    fish with vegtables, protein shake, peice of fruit

    sometimes i mix it up a bit but thats wat it generally looks like

    Because of you get sides you wont know whats causing it, stick with one anabolic for your first cycle

    I would stay right where you are. If you are seeing gains why change. Hope
    you are getting blood work done. If you get to much estrogen. (there is
    a range) over 130 bad. Take Arimidex or Nolvadex. Your estrogen level
    will determine what dose to take. We are all different.

    Do a little home work on PCT. Post Cycle Therapy. At your age you
    most likely will have very little trouble. Good luck.

    OK well minimun I would do is twice a week, 1 amp per shot, that will give you 500mg per week

    if i wanted to lose a bit of bodyfat while doing this cycle, can i do like 1 hour cardio per day or will that slow down the bulking process

    IMO one hour of cardio is too much in one session (it will start eating muscle for fuel at a certain point) unless you are breaking it up and doing two sesions. One in morning and one in evening! And if doing at same time as weights, always do the cardio AFTER...but again this is just my opinion!! Hope this helps

    no it wont.. infact its reccommended to do a minimum of 45min to ensure lipolysis is taking affect.
    doing cardio afterwards can be detrimental to ones pwo nutrtion by missing the window where u can get great benefits from spiking ur inslulin w/ sugar/dextrose.
    best to do cardio in morning on empty tummy at around 60-70%MHR this ensures you do not reach the point where u will breaking down certain aminos via gluconeogenisis for fuel. as long as your at a low heart-rate ur body does not need the IMMEDIATE fuel of glucose and can rely on fatty acid oxidation WHICH IS THE WHOLE POINT OF CARDIO.. TO BURN FAT!
    best to do cardio in a morning session then resistance training in evening after a few meals and then take PROPER PWO nutrition immediatly fallowing workout to shunt any cortisol
