best to do cardio in morning on empty tummy at around 60-70%MHR this ensures you do not reach the point where u will breaking down certain aminos via gluconeogenisis for fuel. as long as your at a low heart-rate ur body does not need the IMMEDIATE fuel of glucose and can rely on fatty acid oxidation WHICH IS THE WHOLE POINT OF CARDIO.. TO BURN FAT!
best to do cardio in a morning session then resistance training in evening after a few meals and then take PROPER PWO nutrition immediatly fallowing workout to shunt any cortisol
