Cant find any info on this one and need some advise!!!

I have been searching but can not get a really staright answer. I am running a prop/winny cycle right now . Prop 75 mg Ed for 12 weeks and winny at 50 mg ED for the last 6 weeks. In week six I started getting atrophy so decided to use HCG E3D at 500 ius . I am using adex at .5 mg ED . From everything I have checked and on hookers profile they all say you need to run nolva with HCG. But I have also been reading studies that show nolva makes adex less effective and should not be used together.. So I need to know what I should do . Can I just use the adex and HCG. Or use nolva , adex and HCG all even though your not supposed to use the adex and nolva in conjuction?

Just use the adex and the HCG!
But in such a low dose HCG can't cause estrogenic side effects.

when i used adex and nolva at the same time the cycle sucked. i was dry and cut but i am the same on adex alone and look much fuller. just my experience.
