    Yes.. I would def incorporate adex ED.. it will not hinder gains and if it does it will be miniscule.. i rather have a non bloated look and be .2 less stronger and gain 2 less lbs..

    When I did Test Tbol I ran 10mg of nolva with .25 mgs of a dex ED to keep the bloat down..

    anywhere from .25 ed to .50 EOD i believe.. some even run .50 ED.. comes down to how much bloat you are trying to eliminate
