    few questions

    hi,

    i am 19 years old i live in israel and it kinda hard for me to get some gear in here.
    i was wondering how can i get gear in the right way.
    my body is quite big for my age and i have been working out for about 2 years my main problem is my diet i cant get off the fat cause i can keep my diet right, i always break after a week or two.
    for all of you that are interested , my hieght is about 1.86-1.87 Meters i weight about 84-86 Kg, i do bench press about 100Kg leg press about 120Kg and so on...
    now my questions are:

    1. how and where can i buy good legal anabolic steroid from good company's not the underground stuff. (be aware that i live in israel and in here i dont know or cant find anyone selling and i dont have a credit card).
    2.how can i lose some body fat (dont know how much i have right now but it's too much for my hieght), with good diet and workouts, however i wouldn't want to cuttoff with my current weights workouts but still lose some body fat.
    3.where can i get good guides or pics on workout ruotins, and how to devied the workouts to days.
    4.i have this pain in my shoulder wich started about 2-3 months ago and thoug i waited for about a month with out tuching it in my workouts it still wont go off and beacuse of that i cant lift more weight even though i am capable to do it, the pain wont let me.

    about the steriod i was thinking of buying the ANDROXON what do you think?
    can you sugesst me on something better , for seeing good results in a small period of time with as few side affects as possible.

    hold off on the gear my mate. 100kg bench press and 120kg leg press isnt that strong, and if your diet is suffering then sort that out first, steroids wont compensate for bad nutrition

    so what do you suggest me to do?
    what kind of diet should i do to lose some body fat?
    i was taking a few months ago some OPTIMUM GAINER and some Xtreame Creatine it was working good at first and i saw nice results but after few weeks it didnt give me more results and more power as it was giving in the begining.

    the basics are you must be eating 1.5-2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight, try and double that for carbs. aim for 3,500-4,000 calories per day, trying to keep them clean as possible. this advice is for bulking and gaining strength. to lose bodyfat drop the carbs significantly, start doing morning cardio for about 40 minutes on an empty stomach, and keep protein high. aldso, go check out the diet forum, they will help you better there

    ok thank for the kind help so from what i understood here i need to eat about 2 grams protein per 1 KG of my bodyweight, and for carbs i need to double the result that is 170 double it and it comes 340 carbs a day.
    is it right? and how do i know how when and how much to eat each day?!
