anti-anxiety meds and juice

Does the anti-depressent lexapro interfere with gaining weight or steroids??

I do not take it but I do get what i think is anxiety attacks, and my guess is it'll be even worse on cycle so the thought isn't a bad idea???

If not, what's another anti-anxiety, anti-depressent that wouldn't interfere...

I heard many are not fast acting, that they are process type.

Any meds fast acting?

test makes my anxiety go away but xanax,klonopin,ativan is something to have on hand if possible attacks come about

i have to take xanax everyday.. and it doesnt mess with my gains.. its makes me alot calmer no matter what im taking..

Xanax works for me. Is this your first cycle? I have anxiety attacks and remember my first cycle was a little rough. Once I got past the first week or two, I was ok. Don't sweat it bro - just work out hard and enjoy your gains.

ive read about this they say that xanax can actually lower test levels never experienced it myself but thats what i read

As for your weight gain question, all anti-depressants (ssri's) work on one of the serotonin receptors which can affect your appetite. Many people will put on weight (although not the weight you are looking for), while others will lose weight.

Why do Americans seem to jump to meds so easily? We don't have the same problem in Europe, and we use the same gear. I guess that doctors there aren't too fuzzy about benzo's i.e. xanax, klonopin, valium etc...

I truly feel we Americans are so caught up in "me", & compound that w/ the super job the drug companies do w/ advertising....you have your answer.

Sorry I was off topic. Jerzey...any type of benzo's will stop anxiety attacks. They work pretty much instantly and won't interfere with gaining weight or fat. SSRI's could make you gain FAT and won't work for the first month.

The con's with benzo's are that they are addictive, but you could take them on a "when needed" basis. Klonopin works wonders for anxiety attacks at 1 or 2 mg when needed. Hopes this info helps ya

Sorry, i don't mean to hijack but dose antileptic meds interfer w/ juice? I gotta a friend who's epilleptic (very slight one though) and who take Depakine 500mg. Is it bad if juicing?

Jerzey, I take Lexapro for anxiety and I haven't noticed any change in my weight gain from before I started taking it. I rarely got axiety attacks, I just worried all the time about stuff I know I shouldn't. I wouldn't call it a wonder drug but it has helped me.

My doc knows I juice and said there wouldn't be any problems.

I have no issues when I'm doing a cycle of either Pher phex or surpdrol, But my anxieties kick my ass during my PCT. Any ideas or should I just up my klonapin during my post? Does anyone else have this issue because i see alot of post by people with anxiety and panic disorder.

I take Lexapro and it doesn't interfere with my gains and/or steroid efficacy. It DOES, however, make me more suicidal (though I seem to be alive right now) on cycle. I'm gonna see about switching to something else tomorrow. I'm currently on my first cycle with SSRI's and I hate it. It doesn't interfere with my lifting but it generally makes me feel like shit (especially with sleep).

I advise against mixing.

I have'nt mixed my meds with AAS. I stopped taking my WellbutrinXL and I must say I feel great. No depression, no anxeity. I'd rather use the AAS than the med's at this point.

Everyone's different. Don't mix if ya dont have to. My $.02.
