does anyone know how to take the letro from anabolic research and how much to take im running

weeks 1-12 600 mg eq

IF you want to take it just to stave off sides while running the cycle run a dose of .25 or .50mg ED. The concentration is 2.5mg/mL so therefore you take .10mL for .25mg. I would suggest using an oral syringe to measure this out. It does come with a pump top though so you could use that and just do one pump for .10mL.
