are ur shakes that bad?
im on 160mcg/day sure i shake but not that much just gets annoying if im writing lol
He must have just started using it. I got really dehydrated on vacation and I was nautious, got a horrible headache, and shook like a polaroid picture. I drank 2 gallons of water that night and the following day and got better.
I don;t know about the piss test, but dehydration definitely causes bad shakes.
ok, that works, i will start drinking water, im on 120 mcg's a day
I wasn't suggesting you were dehydrated, although, more water can't hurt. I was just suggesting you tell whoever was concerned about your shakes you simply wrked out too hard with no water and got dehydrated.Originally Posted by rillestjew

Suit yourself.
You're the expert.
When your abs cramp up on you while your sitting on the shitter, maybe you'll reconsider getting some L-Taurine.

how does taurine help for cramps?
Lion Nutrition’s L-Taurine is the second most abundant free form amino acid in muscle tissue. Taurine may exhibit “insulin like” effects and play a prominent roll in “cell volumizing”-Lion
Clen depletes Taurine
