Im going on week ten of my cycle, im pretty sure my gear was under dosed, running 250 test enan twice a week only gained 6 pounds, also was told my diet was not intact, plus i dont sleep enough, how long is safe 12, 14 16 ?? im gettin my diet from the bulkin forum now, that some bro's suggested, and gonna start taking ambien to sleep better, it's almost like im startin from scratch..What to do ??![]()
