How long can i run my cycle ? 1st one ??
Im going on week ten of my cycle, im pretty sure my gear was under dosed, running 250 test enan twice a week only gained 6 pounds, also was told my diet was not intact, plus i dont sleep enough, how long is safe 12, 14 16 ?? im gettin my diet from the bulkin forum now, that some bro's suggested, and gonna start taking ambien to sleep better, it's almost like im startin from scratch..What to do ??

Let us know some of your starts bro, how long youve been training, sizes, ect.
I would come off if I were you bro.
Take a couple months to recover, and once your diet and rest are in line, jump on a cycle again, when you feel ready.

10-12 wks is the norm for a first cycle. Id scratch this one and wait till you have your diet, training and sleep covered. Also, don't forget Time on=Equal time off, not counting pct.
