    How long can i run my cycle ? 1st one ??

    Im going on week ten of my cycle, im pretty sure my gear was under dosed, running 250 test enan twice a week only gained 6 pounds, also was told my diet was not intact, plus i dont sleep enough, how long is safe 12, 14 16 ?? im gettin my diet from the bulkin forum now, that some bro's suggested, and gonna start taking ambien to sleep better, it's almost like im startin from scratch..What to do ??

    Let us know some of your starts bro, how long youve been training, sizes, ect.

    I would come off if I were you bro.

    Take a couple months to recover, and once your diet and rest are in line, jump on a cycle again, when you feel ready.

    10-12 wks is the norm for a first cycle. Id scratch this one and wait till you have your diet, training and sleep covered. Also, don't forget Time on=Equal time off, not counting pct.

    We need to know a little more info on your stats, experience, to be able to give you accurate advice...age, height weight, years lifting, type diet ect...

    Unfortunattly, im almost sure it was underdosed, and yes sleep and diet im sure are 80 % of gains, my stats are training 2 and 1/2 years 5/5 181 43 y/o..As far as diet i was eating healthy but not right...so i guess even if i started eating on a regular sceadule as the forum says its to late ?? That sucks, i did so much research, on everything but the most important, DIET !!!

    Unless you want to stay on for 24 weeks come off and restart.

    This is what i'm saying; you don't have the experience to run a 15+ weeks cycle. Also you won't gain as well as if you started eating and resting from the get go because you've been 'on' for a considerable amount of time already. Now factors like SHBG, estrogen, satellite cell reaction to constantly elevated androgen levels will affect the overall outcome of the longer cycle.

    Just come off do PCT and try again the right way in 6-10 weeks.
