    Anxiety problems on 2nd cycle?

I'm going into my sixth week on 500mgs of test cyp and 500mgs of Boldenone.
Don't know if its coincidence or what, but i'm having some serious anxiety. Nothing else has changed in my daily routine or life.

I do have to admit that i've had anxiety problems in the past but this seems severe in comparison!

Can these AAS's cause these symptoms??????????

I've suffered from GAD and PD for many years. Everytime I cycle, I prepare myself for increased anxiety. Somehow it makes our neurotransmitters more severely out of whack. There are some decent homeopathic remedies you can try, Pulsatilla being the best IMO. You can also try Kava Kava and Valerian Root. If those don't work, I suggest a quick doctor trip and tell him you are going through serious stress and need something to help get you by for awhile. I personally like Ativan in that respect.

Just know (as you do since you have dealt with this before), that no one has died from an anxiety attack. That's comforting, no?

Eq has been known to increase anxiety in individuals. Its not uncommon. If you have suffered from Anxiety in the past (as millions of people have) then it is possible that Eq could affect anxiety levels a bit more. However, keep in mind that you can control your anxiety. Sometimes, individuals who have suffered from anxiety are petrified of the next wave of anxiety...thus causing a general fear of the next "attack". Most of it is probably in your head. Just remember that anxiety is controllable, normal, and it is not dangerous.

I went through the same thing. Ive had issues of anxiety/panic attacks for my many years. My first cycle of EQ brought it all back again.

Just be careful, take a breath, and walk away from the situation that may be causing issues. I personally get them around my family very easily. I just walk to the bathroom/bedroom, take a few breaths, put it all in perspective, and go back.

If it begins to cause issues, get off asap, that stuff will take a long time to get out of your system.

great info man. though some things can increase anxiety levels, nothing truly gives you anxiety attacks. when you learn to control your anxiety, you eventually realize nothing CAN give you anxiety attacks. it's about self-control. i've written much more in-depth info about anxiety attacks in the past, and i'm thinking of making a post specifically about how to get over anxiety attacks, without meds. meds only mask symptoms. i had learned to overcome them through mind over body. way too many people think meds are the solution, when in actually they're just covering up an issue that needs to be consciously faced, learned from, and ultimately overcome.

i had horrible anxiety attacks for months at a very stressful point in my life. yes, stress was my anxiety attack trigger, though everyones is different. i had the depersonalization, derealization, shaking, hot flashes, etc. literally felt at some points like i was going to go insane any second. i can tell you, without a doubt in my mind, no matter how bad a persons anxiety attacks are, they CAN be overcome by an understanding and conscious direction that overrides the subconscious release of the anxiety inducing chemicals. the biggest problem is people want an easy way out (aka a pill), and don't want to have to actually work at it. but the payoff is worth it. i wish you luck with your current issues and hope you truly take these words into consideration.

big difference between anxiety attacks and generalized anxiety, which is what i believe this guy is experiencing and what EQ does, whether you like it or not. when a steroid gives you anxiety, you can focus all you want and you'll still feel anxious. your MIND didnt bring it on, and your MIND wont make it go away like that (still, i find that DOING something, and not sitting still, helps alot with EQ anxiety)
