My First Cycle Of Test E. Feed Back Please

Hey guys ive been reading these forums for a couple of months now, i just recently became a member to start posting because i started my first cycle about a week 1/2 ago and had a few questions about it.

my current build is 6'2 293 lbs 21 years of age yeah i know im pretty big but i have been in powerlifting for 5 years and have an estimated BF of about 19% and its getting lower by the day. I have some competition experience i was in state lifting back in highschool but have been out of that for sometime now but still continue to lift weights. most people dont believe that i weight that much just because of how i look sorry i dont have a pic to post yet it keeps on telling my i have invalid files so im gona have to figure out a way to fix that soon.

but my real question is and this has been happening to me for along time now especially since i started my first cycle. Ive always had an issue with muscle endurance and ive never been able to figure out why, one day i can lift the world and 4-5 days later when i do the same lift again i can hardly even get close to what i did last time. but i am not getting weaker by all means i get stronger by the day. can anyone give me some suggestions on what they think might be causing this? any positive criticism is by all means welcome.

You have way more experience with weightlifting than I, but IMO Mental preparation, Diet, emotions, and i think most importantly poor Routine can all attribute to what your talking about. If your not getting psyched everyday for a workout, it will be harder to turn it on when your wanna push yourself.

im not usually at all excited about going hehe but when i do get to the gym i do about 30-45 minutes of isometric exercise and that usually gets me real pumped and ready to go.

a friend of mine suggested that it could be my diet, as of right now i am trying to promote alittle weight loss along with gaining mass. Im doing a low carb high cal diet about 3000-4000 calories a day and taking protein supplements at about 400-500g per day so far it has been working for me for weight loss and still keeping good gains.

also when i go to work out (and this is an old powerlifting trick that i was taught) i carry a little squeeze bottle of honey with me and i drink alittle before the workout and just sip on it while im lifting. Its a huge boost of energy and really gets my blood flowin whenever it comes time to hit the weights.

My current workout is a 5 day routine 4 days on 1 day off

    Day 1 - Chest, Biceps
    30-45 minutes isometric exercise
3 sets Bench Press 10 reps
3 sets Incline Bench 10 reps
    3 sets Dips 10 reps
3 sets Barbell Curls 10 reps
3 sets Dumbbell Curls 10 reps
3 sets Crunches with added weights 20 reps

    Day 2 - Thighs
    30-45 minutes isometric exercise
    3 sets Squats 10 reps
3 sets Leg Press 10 reps
3 sets Leg Curls 10 reps
3 sets Crunches with added weights 20 reps

    Day 3 - Shoulder, Tricep
    30-45 minutes isometric exercise
3 sets Presses behind neck 10 reps
3 sets Upright Row 10 reps
3 sets side laterals 10 reps
3 sets lying tricep press 10 reps
3 sets tricep pulley pushdown 10 reps
3 sets Crunches with added weights 20 reps

    Day 4 - Back, Calves
    30-45 minutes isometric exercise
3 sets Chins with added weights 10 reps
3 sets lat pull to neck 10 reps
3 sets barbell bentover row 10 reps
3 sets seated cable row 10 reps
3 sets standing calf raise 10 reps
3 sets seated calf raise 10 reps
3 sets Crunches with added weights 20 reps

Day 5 - BEER DAY!!! lol j/k (Off Day)

I'd keep it seperate. T3 needs to be run with a aas, or atleast clen . DNP needs aas.

I was definatly going for a second cycle after my 10 weeks of test e.
I looked a bit into it and alot of people are saying T3/Clen cycle is working really well for them.Would it be better to run T3 with AAS for gains/weightloss.Like i said im not a wiz when it comes to this so remember whichever one works best any advice on how much to take and how often would be very helpful. Im willing to put my heart into anything that is going to work, so i would be gratefull if you pros out there could just lead me in the right direction thanks.
