Help with cycle

My friend wants to run
a cycle of either
12 wks sust 500 mg a wk
5 weeks winstrol 50 mg ed

or one with cyp and winstrol depending on how much more money the sust is but I can't seem to find out what the effective dose of cyp is per week
can somebody help me out

We need to know too many thigngs beofre we can answer this. Age, stats, cycling experience etc...........
