What you are gaining is mostly water and maybe some fat since that shit is packed with sugar if memory serves correctly. How long it takes for natural test production to adequately return is a very personal thing and no one can say for sure. Could be a few weeks, could be longer. Without clomid, I think you are looking at at least 2 months IMO but that is a guess.
