hi guys,
im trying to build up slowly by eating more and better. lots of carbs and protein and im using a suggested diet from this site. i, on the other hand, want to lost some body fat which has built up around my lower back and love handle area. i was thinking of going to the gym on my rest days and doing cardio exercises whilst using an e.c.a stack. what do you guys think? would i have to stay on the stack even during my muscle workout days? and also do i still have to eat loads of protein/carbs on my rest days?
