Aspirating

If for instance you aspirate and instead of the bubble there is blood and you pull the pin out is it ok to inject again with the blood in it?or do you just need to change the pin?

try to eject or expell some of the blood into the sink. Than Change the needle and give it a go.

The blood that you draw into your syring would be sterile there for ok to inject plus if you try to sqirt out the blood you will lose some of your aas making your shot under dosed.In my opinion just put a knew pin on and change inject sites.

Have had this happen a cpl times.... I inject the gear and blood into a different spot... it's your blood so it's not a big deal...
