I'm gonna limit myself to alcohol only once a week too, so thats the only alcohol intake I'll be getting.

i mean its not going to be the same results as youd get without it, but if you do drink hit the light beers or liqour.. i mean if youre truly dedicated in cutting up just dont drink at all, but thats easier said than done (cracks open a beer)
lmao im with u on that 1..
plus its impossible (for me anyways) to just give up beer and bad food ENTIRELY.... i allow myself one cheat meal a week and one drinking night.... it helps out the mental part of the cycle lol
