It depends on your cycle history.If it's your first cycle I would go 10 to 12 weeks.

i threw caution to the wind and hit it up for over a year... not a problem from it, i got checkups every other month and lived a good lifestyle, didnt drink at all, i probably took 10 years off my life but i suppose those are at the end of your life and their bad anyways. just make sure you really know what youre doing, make sure you get checkups and dont ignore any symptoms of anything

i been on test e for awhile with deca 12 weeks then eq 14weeks now im been just doing test e by itself for about 8 weeks
