Hey everybody I was wondering if any of you guys had some advice for the type a cycle a lacrosse would have. For those who arent familiar with the game it is a sport similar to hocket except on a field and requires very good hand eye cordination and has multiple sprint bursts through out the whole game. I was wondering what the recomended cycle would be that coul make me quicker and raise my 40 time. I am transfering to a university next year and it has a repectable team and if I can get a little quicker I would love to play for them
