Puffy nip (gyno fluid) removal options?

hey guys.... I have mild mild gyno from a winny cycle I did 5yrs ago... I can feel gyno but its not that obvious, I was wondering if draining fluid is an option as I dont wanna have any scars, not even small on my chest. It might drawl more attention to a situation thats not THAT bad.

    Questions is....

Have u guys heard of lipo thru the armpit or bellybutton for people who have mild gyno which mostly consists of fluid and not hardened tissue?

there is tissue, but there feels like fluid too, i know if the fluid was gone the tissue isnt enough to be noticable since the tissue isnt "that" much... its seems like the nipple puffiness is like fluid in front of the tissue, i can feel it.

maybe some nolva, i hear that can retard the existing, but the length of time may make that exempt
