Retained the most mass!
What cycles have you retained the most lean mass from; especially 6 months to a year after your cycle has ended ended! I mean the cyles were you were really suprised at how much you kept! Please list all the compounds of that cycle, and pct!

Yes, I held "almost" all my weight... Actually my strength has gone up a bit on a few lifts and stayed the same on others.
I ended the cycle at 210 and I am currently 206-207 @ about 10%. Waist has dropped about 1/4inch in the past 4wks, other measurements are the same.-B D

IBd,
Did you run the Aromasin throughout the cycle or just PCT? If the former, that certainly explains your retention rate, as you'd have stayed drier.
I also agree with your post cycle gains philosophy. Many think you can only make them during, that simply not true. The presence of both new muscle and red blood cells promotes greater continued growth.

Aromasin at 25mg EOD throughout and 25mg/day while on PCT... Great stuff and kept me dry even while on 100mg/day of Drol. I'll deff be using it again.
Agreed with your last comment, gains can be made while off. they just come slower and you can't get away with as much while on anabolics-B D

I think it's awesome when guys make gains between cycles. It's also nice to see vets on here that live the lifestyle, and are in this for the long haul. I think the true test comes after your cycle, and that separates the men from the boys. I've seen a few of my friends blow up, and shrink back to the same size, and thats not gonna be me!

So lets say its been to months since your last cycle. What are you guys eating? Do you raise your calories a little bit?

It all depends on goals. I'd deff not drop below maintainance until after my Bloodwork came back and everything looked good.

Gains are kept and maintained by proper pct and diet,alot respond differently to compounds so what might work for one might not for there other, but to keep whatever you have built during cycle its down to pct/diet/training.

great post marcus two thumps up on that one. pct and diet and training are crucial keep calories high after cycle protein high and train hard to just because cycle is over doesnt mean you start playing golf like it is offseason infact you should be training harder not the same like on juice but more intensity and diet still has to be bang on infact for a lifetime diet has to be great. pct is crucial get nolva and clomid or hcg better good luck and train hard.
