Go on ebay and get a glucometer (Ascensia Breeze) ....pay shipping, get the meter free. Then go by some ketone test strips. THEN....note when you feel like pure sh*t for a few days ...piss all the time (smells bad, too), and have bad breath. That and major fat/water loss. You'll know. But get the first 2 things to be sure.
