    which is better PCT, clomid or nolva. and why? How much and duration?

    For anavar nolva only would suffice @ 2-3 weeks depending on recovery

    PCT should also be based on how long you ran the compound. If it was for a reasonable time, nolva at 10-20mg ed should be fine.
