Gyno will remain?

hi, i developed gyno during a cycle of npp and during pct i ran letro at 2.5 mg for 2.5 mg everyday for 2 weeks and still going, one side of the gyno has shrunk but the other nipple the size of the gland is still the same. Should i continue running 2.5 mg everyday till i run out of letro. Or is the gyno i have permanent? next to letro is there anything else i can try to shrink the size of the gland? any help is appreciated

i still have gyno from a cycle i took 3 years ago in which i didn't take any blockers for.. is it still possible to get rid of it?
