Want to add to my test schedule

My Dr prescribed 100 mg test a week and I'm feeling pretty good. I am 43 years old but the low test made me feel 63. Now that I'm getting back to normal I want to get a good program going.

My question is what can I do to augment my dosage of test to increase mass but not draw the suspicion of my DR?

I don't want to get huge, but I'd like to get lean and have some definition.

I was an avid lifter until my early 30's. Since age and low testosterone crept up on me I’ve gotten totally out of shape.

Because of a couple of nagging injuries I've been sticking to my bowflex and stairclimber.

    Any suggestions would be great.

    my suggestion would be to

take advantage of your new testosterone levels and gets into shape.

i don't see a need for any more test as of yet.

i think that you will be able to aquire your stated goals without
    augmenting your hormone replacement regimen.

    that's just my two cents

Do you think 100 mgs test a week will really show a huge difference? I guess I'm jumping the gun because I've been working out so long without any difference to my body composition that I'm a little ansy.

What kind of levels should I see after 3 months when I go back to the doctor to retest? I was at 251 right before starting injections.

I would seriously work out 5 days on 1 day off for months (Bowflex only) and see no difference at all in fat loss or muscle gain. So maybe I should just give the 100 mgs of test a try and see what gains I get?

Thanks for the advice it's much appreciated...
