need some advice for my wife

Ok I need some advice for my wife, she is wanting to loose bf so badly and everything she is doing ahs only shown minimal loss. She gave birth to our second and last boy 8 months ago and ever since then she has been on a strict diet and does cardio 4 times a week. But her bodyfat is still in the 35-40% range. She would liek to get down to what she weighed when we got married, For which she would haev to drop about 20-25 pounds. her stats are
    age 27
    height 5'9"
    weight 168
    bf 35-40 %
workouts cardio, light weight high rep lifting
diet, pretty clean, no fast food, no junk food

    any help is much appreciated

sounds like her metabolism shifted. perhaps she should have her thyroid checked.

my wife is 26 and she was on a low fat diet with cardio 4 times a week and only lost 7 lbs in 6 weeks. I did some research on the clen from ar-r and she has been on it for 6 days and has already lost 6 pounds needless to say shes thrilled. Id look in to the clen if thats route she would consider taking. theres a clen handbook here if you type it in the search bar it was very helpful. goodluck.

do not reccomend clen right away. Clen has killed alot of people. first she needs her thyroid checked.

If the thyroid is good then try a light Clen and maybe T3 cycle, with an ECA stack in between.

If you want to try anabolics try Var at 5-10mgs a day.

I am advising this assuming that you are responsble adult and have done y our research.
