If you wanted to begin now, I'd go get blood work done to see how your body is. If your lipid profile is wacked, it might be good to stay away until it is back in check.
Waiting 7 weeks (which will put you mid-summer to begin) might be silly with the stack you are obviously running to get more vascular and lean.
I'd get the blood work and start ASAP to help achieve those summer goals.
