Clen dosage for liquid

I got the liquid clen 30mL 200mcg/mL. Ive read that you start at 20mcg for the first day and taper up. I have a eye dropper that measures in .5mL, using that I would need to take 1/5th of the .5mL mark to get the correct dosage to start? Kind of confused , any help would be appreciated

Use either a IM syringe or a slin syringe to measure out the amounts. The slin way is more accurate and easier to measure out mcg's.

I would get a syringe that measures in .1ml or cc's.

It will be more exact.

Use this formula.

dosage (divided by) dosage per ml.

So if you need 20mcg just divide this by 200.

20 / 200 = 0.1 ml/cc.

To prove it: There are 10 .1ml that make up a full cc, right?

10 x 20 = 200.

Whatever dosage you need just divide by 200.

if you need 40mcg's divide by 200 and you get: 0.2 ml/cc

so let me just ask this, if I had to use this dropper, .5mL would be 100mcg? 5 times the dose i want to start off with right? My cousin is saying .5mL is what I should start off with and the math dont add up

Use caution with liquid clen !!! I have always used the pill form and thought I had a pretty good tolerance for it...so one day I decide to test out my product and I took the equivalent of 40 mgs of the liquid..(now i might have measured wrong but) I was shaking like a leaf..i got nausious and a headache stong enough to knock out a horse! ..just be careful and double check your math.....I know I wil from now on
