Please clarify for me.

Should AI and Serm products be used before, during or after cycles.

I am want to start the novice cycle posted on this website

1-10 Test Cyp 300mg
1-10 Deca 200mg

PCT

Nolvadex/ Clomid

But........this is where i get confused, it suggests that you start Nolva on day 1 of your cycle. but in the PCT start times is instructs you to start 18 and 21 days after your last injection. My Doc who has prescribed my gear also suggested Arimidex.

Anastrozole or Arimidex (same thing) should be used during your cycle and Clomid and Nolva for PCT. I cannot answer on the time to start PCT on TestC someone else can answer this one I am prtty sure you are right on the day but listen to the experts on this one.


Also I think you should run Test 2 weeks longer than your last injection of Deca.

Another question is 10 weeks too long for a first cycle?
