Well its that time and I made up my mind this is my first cycle

1 – 10 Enan 500mg/wk
1 – 12 Nolvadex 10mg ED

I also have t-400 that im debaiting wherther or not to throw it in there maybe 1 shot a week

What do you guys think

PCt starts 3 days after last shot?

How could I incorporate the t400 into this?

Perfect ! Leave the T400 out of your first cycle. PCT to start 18 days after your last Test E shot not three days.

is it true that T400 really does hurt ...... Ill have it and id like to get rid of it maybe 1 shot every week wont hurt

Should I run Letro or L-dex with it 1-10????

I would choose l-dex. But for most people running test only, nolva should suffice.
