    help weird thing happened while sleeping

    okay i injected sustanon yesterday and as i was sleeping a weird thing happened my stomach just exploded it looked like something was in my stomach or chest area was it a muscle spasm or high blood pressure really weird while sleeping . was i dehydrated or something

    no it was weird like my stomach raised abit while sleeping really weird and center of my chest really weird i felt tightness and felt really deheydrated
