test should be run for atleast 10-12 wks to get full results

u need to run test all the way through and i wouldn'e suggest runnin Test E lower than 500mgs a week (IMO if u are putting in less than 500mg u are basically just replacing what your body already makes naturally) Run test 10 weeks at 500mg and deca at 400mg

primo needs to be ran for at least 10-12 weeks also, you arent gonna get anything by just doing it 3-4 weeks
