Looking at this ? I really think you should do alot more reading on here and where ever you can find literature on AAS. I am not saying this to flame you but only to keep you from making the same mistakes alot of people here have. It is not wise to go into anything blind, especially when it's your body you are experimenting with.

Which is a better cycle?

The clear, indisputable answer is Nandrolone + Sustanon . The reason for this is that Sustanon is a blend of testosterones.

Nandrolone + Dbol will shut you down fast, and you will be very hard pressed to recover when it is complete.

The better one of the 2 would be deca +sus or deca+sus+dbol but if the planned cycle is for yourself please post your stats and cycle history.
