Gyno can appear during any cycle at any time. Unless you are doing a cycle of purely var, masteron etc.

It could quite possibly occur on your first cycle. Alot of variables involved here....what/how much your cycling, choice of anti-e and at what dose, how prone you are, etc.,....as Bino suggests unless your cycling that will not aromatize.
