Diet is solid right now, upped to about 3200 cals two weeks ago, 40% protein 40% carbs 20% good fats. training is 5 on 2 off each bp once per week. periodizing to change it up. Thats all i got. concerning the cycle, about to pick some gear up, sky is the limit, though i want to keep it simple and let the experience be a good intro. Let me know your suggestions on what to do, whether i need ancilliaries during cycle, and what pct is good and for what intervals. Much appreciated.
