I never hear T-3 without hearing Clen. Obviously the synergy between these two is awesome but what about T-3 by itself? With a good diet and workout can people lose a significant amount of weight with only T-3?

Tell us abit more about you, are you planning running on its own? how long you been dieting? what BF are you? stats?

i posted the other day about a friend of mine who is 5'9 330 lbs BF-very high...... he has some gear...clen and T-3. However after reading a few post on this forum about people having heart problems with clen, he's scared to use it. Wants to know if T-3 will work by itself...with exercise and diet of course.
He's a big guy that has started eating better and doing cardio once a day for 30 minutes and is still having problems losing. Wants some help with the T-3.
330lbs is very over weight, i would advice him to diet using nothing at all except willpower first on a very strict diet, also plenty of cardio, he must lose as much as possible first naturally than he could lose the more stubborn fat with some form of compounds, he should see drastic results if the diet is correct and his cardio is high.Originally Posted by The Golden Boy
