    clen qs

    well my girl friend is starting clen to give her a boost in weight loss i brought it from our sponsor it is 200mcg 1ml only problem is im having difficulty working out the correct dosege it says it should be split up into 3xs a day so what would the dosage be ive worked it out to about 1/3 of a ml 3xs a day am i correct

    no that would mean she is havin 200mcg's of clen each day which is way too high.

    I doubt she would need more than 80mcg. Ramp it up until the sides get too much then back off slightly (Sides being hand shakes,sweats etc)

    So, if 1ml = 200mcg, then she needs (80/200)x1ml each day. Thats 0.4ml each day or 0.5ml to make it simple (100mcg). Split that into 3 and you're talking 0.33ml each dose or 0.3ml to make it simple 3 times per day.

    Im not an expert so its just my personal advice - id recommend checkin first!

    PS the womans forum is a good place to look and ask questions as its not always the case that mens cycles are the same for women.

    after week one give her 2 in the am and 2 in the pm...2 weeks on 2 weeks off

    gibe her one what ??! Seeems you dont have much knowledge regarding this so I wouldnt ive such advice. 2wks on 2wks protocol is outdated now also.

    So Let’s re-examine that first point I made: Clen vs. clen+excercise produce roughly the same results for the first 2 weeks! This tells me that the 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off schedule for clen dosing is far from optimal, and if you want the quasi-anabolic effect from the clen, it’ll take more than 2weeks on (6 weeks apparently). In addition, since clen alone is similar to clen+excercise for those first 2 weeks...why would you ever use a 2on/2off protocol?"
    Also clen should be used around every 4hrs.

    Clen has a biphastic elimination, which means that it is technically reduced in your body in 2 different stages. This isn’t particularly important, as a recent study has shown that for most intents and purposes, clen concentrations in the body decline with a ½ life (approximately) equivalent to 7-9.2hours and again up to as much as 35 hours later(4)(5). If you’re really interested, though, clen technically declines biphastically at 10 and then 36 hours. But really, in our little world, where we use ½ life to tell us when to take our next dose, who the hell is going to take clen, then a dose 10 hours later, then a dose 36 hours later? We’ll stick with the earlier 7-9 hour ½ life for dosing purposes, and take our clen every 3.5-4.5 hours that we’re awake, stopping early enough to still be able to get to bed.

    yo first off get a shirt that fits u and he knows what im talken a about 1 tab 1 pill ok wtf u think were talkn about here 1 slap in the face like u need to get

    ive just started takin clen broken into mulitple doses and it feel more effective then before( big dose in the morning) . i agree with this method
