ok the person that im getting this off of does not know anything about steriod he's telling me that 250mg of sustanon will last 8weeks. ha, and he's trying to sell it to me for a high price too. i was reading on the profile sheet and it said to dose for males should be around 500mg - 2000mg/week. now would i even feel the effect of spreading it out over 8week hell even 4weeks or should i tell him to go f0ck him self.
also what would be a good cycle with sustanon if im taking 500mg/week.

250 mg a week at 8 weeks is total crap. You need at least 500mg a week and that would cut your cycle to 4 weeks. Tell him to go fvck himself. 4 weeks of sust will do nothing, and most likely you wouldnt even feel it.
