    Anavar.......

    Just a quick question. I'm about to start an anavar only cycle. I have 10mg bd anavar pills and i wanted to ask is it better to chew them or better to swallow them? I have read either way is ok but if you guys could let me know i would appreciate it.

    Thanks man. One more quick question. Sorry if this is the wrong forum but no one replied to me in the supplement forum. I'm taking flax seed oil and milk thistle just to be safe. How much should i take and should it be taken everyday......? I'm not sure.
