    Grapefruit juice and orals?

    Should you consume 250ml with each oral dose or is 250ml grapefruit juice once daily enough?

    SO do 17aa's use the 450 pathway?

    Good, but confusing link above. The thread seems to suggest that it may be dangerous, but the thread-starter seems to be suggesting it may help with AS.
