    1st cycle, want to up the dose

    I'd run test at 750 and deca at 600 IMO

    Thats what was found in your profile. So you lied? by lieing your only going to be cheating your self. You should list all FULL details stats, cycle history etc...

    I dont know what you're talkin about, the profile cycle stats contains my current cycle, this is my 1st cycle, and thats why it says 1, crazy guy

    Nelstar: are there any problems with increasing the dose mid-cycle? I'd have to get more gear and around week 4-5 is when I'd actually be able to up the dose. IF you guys think its not a bad idea...i'd love some feedback

    well you havn't officialy completed your 1st cycle. Your only 2 weeks done. So by you stating in your profile you have 1 previous cycle experience then people will assume you have completed a cycle before.

    Tip: list your cycle history in your profile once you have completed your cycle not after your 1st injection.

    and there is no need for your rude remarks, its your own fault and mistake for doing what you did.

    well if you want to run a higher dose go ahead....but seein as this is your 1st cycle you will given the diet training and rest is correct make great gains with just 500mg....why would you want to take more....this will only mean you will have to take huge doses in future cycles to get any gains....start off small mate..
    some people only run 250mg weekly for their 1st and have great gains...................

    I honestly believe, or would like to believe, that this is my first and last cycle, this is why I would like to get the most out of it by upping the dose. But I guess you're right, I tend to over-do things in life in general, so this is just my obsessive personality acting out. And it just sounds like too much hassle to up the dose, so I'll leave it at the current amount.

    So many members on this board have this attitude, then 2 months later there posting their 2nd cycle for critique. If its yout last and your getting no sides from the form of testosterone being run, why not up your dose? More Testosterone = more gains (upto the point of diminishing returns). You'll get good gains from 500mg/wk. But, you'll get far more gains from 1000+mg/wk.

    I'd stick to 500mg/wk. Then see how your body reacts and adjust the dose accordingly, comparing gains/sides.

    Stick with just test for a first cycle. No need to get ahead of yourself.

    Alot of people run 200-250mgs of just test for their first cycle, and still pack on 15lbs of lean body mass. More gear, doesn't mean more gains. The most important part of a cycle is the diet.

    Most of the time, thats exactly what it means. It also means more sides.

    winny at the end to shed off fat to answer that question mancunny had. anyways yeah listen to people on this board start off slow all good things come to those who wait. start at 500mg for 12 weeks no more and next cycle up the dosage. remember diet , training, nutrition make you gain more muscle than aas. All aas IS jumpstart. think of your car the gas is diet the engine is training, the nutrition is how will you maintain your car. and aas will that is like adding nitro to your mustang.

    winny will not help shed fat...winny will only harden your muscles up not get rid of fat...........................
