I had a strain in my right pec where the chest connects with the shoulder. I'm on a drol and Test E cycle. It sucks. I thought I'd tore my pec. It's ok now, about 4 days after the event. Read the rehap and injury forum, there are some good posts.

Does it hurt when he takes deep breathes like there is tightness in his chest cavity? which would put alot of pressure on your lungs and make it feel restricted.

there are many causes of chest pain. i get a tight feeling on the left side of my chest close the the center . my pain is caused by eisoniphillic esophagitis and other gastritis issues. could be angina or anxiety! I SUSPECT IN MOST YOUNG MALES IT COULD BE A GASTRO ISSUE OF SORTS!

I had this before and went to the doc and he said have you lifted anything heavy I said I lift weights regularly he said if you push yourself to hard on certain exercises iner chest wall becomes inflamed. You can take 800mgs ibuprophen twice aday this will help.
