abscess?

i did a practice quad shot with b-12 6 days ago and it definetly bled on the inside after cuz that night there was bruising blue/purple. it was slightly raised in the middle, but not much. It is only tender a little if i press on it. Its only in the skin it seems not the muslce at all. I have no pain otherwise. The black and blueness is sowly going away but the colr seems to be changing to more red, and a little bit of that yelowish post bruise color in the middle.
I hope that part in the middle isnt a puss buildup. But if it was puss, why would it have been raised before and not now?

I would go to the doctor asap or hospital
