ive read that winny towards the end of a cycle helps keep gains...so i have a question.

diet is in check 3700cal - 55/35/10 % p/c/f
2nd week in of:
wk 1 - 4 dbol 30mg ed
wk 1 - 10 sust 250 e3d
nolva 10mg ed thorough standard pct
question is...i have 20cc of a UGL winny that im debating throwing in towards the end of the cycle.
is there any benefit to this, if so what week should i start at what dosage?
i also have clen that i hear is good for pct - also helps keep gains - should i do this as well
am i over thinking this or just stick to what i started - or are there any SOLID reasons that i should include the winny or clen???
